Development

In the past several years the DELUCO Organization has obtained many site plan approvals. Some have been built, while others have been purposely placed on hold pending a more advantageous market position. These developments range in size from 45 units to over 500 units and involve either rental buildings or resort properties.

Construction

Mr. DeLuco is one of the few developers with a construction background. From 1987-1997 he was President and CEO of Dynatech Construction, inc., a New York City based construction firm. The company offered a vast array of services in the Tri-State area to both residential and commercial customers.
